I love doing yoga! It is one of my favorite things to do! But, I haven't done it in a really long time and I feel stiff and tired! I need to change that and I need to change it now. So, I am going to. I am going to begin a strick yoga routine beginning next week. I need my body and my mind to be flexible and adaptable because it will help me as an actor. I need more discipline and relaxation and I think yoga is the answer. There is nothing like lying in the Shava-asana position and being still. It feels so good!
