First of all you can check out my latest writing endeavor here:
So, things are going pretty well. My play, "Sherlock Holmes is Coming to Dinner," opened this past Friday 10/22/10 and we had a pretty good opening. People were really receptive to the show and though we had a few rough spots, it's been a pretty cool experience thus far. It's so nice working in a theater I've never performed in and feeling so welcomed. It's a really warm theater and a really warm crowd has showed up the past three shows. We still have eight more shows to go if you guys are in Michigan and want to come check it out. Here's a link to a review for the show. Click on the link and scroll down to read the review...
I'm excited to be doing theater again and I have a couple of auditions coming up very soon! I want to be on stage as often as possible.
Also, don't forget about the all female comic show I am doing at Laff Tracks in Novi, MI on November 11th and I will be emceeing December 10th and 11th at Chaplin's in Clinton Township, MI...Stay tuned for details as the shows draw closer or you can refer to older posts which also list my shows.
In addition, to my performing endeavors I am also in the process of pitching a magazine story which is really exciting...Hopefully, my editor wants to publish the story. It won't come out until January if it is accepted.
My fingers are crossed that I can continue my performing and writing and the opportunities only get bigger and better.
I hope you guys had a fantastic weekend and I will talk to you again really soon!
